An Introduction to the Seven Sacraments

Jesus gave His Church, through His Apostles, seven visible signs of His love for His people. These seven signs we call "Sacraments". Celebration of the sacraments is at the heart of the life of the Catholic Church.

They show Christ’s presence in all the key moments of life and, in Holy Communion, our daily life in communion with our Lord Jesus.
